Archimetric D & C, Inc. was the successful bidder based on the company's qualification and price for Daza Dance Ballroom Academy facility. The program required the conversation of an existing GYM with over 13,000 SF into a Dance Studio facility. It included 5 modern ballrooms with special flooring, lighting and sound system, admin area, pro shop and a warm up kitchen/ bar for parties.

This was a turn key project and Archimetric D & C, Inc. performed the professional design work from schematic design phase through the construction documents and obtaining the building permit and leaded the construction work as a general contractor. The project was completed within the budget and its very restricted time schedule successfully.

Archimetric's mission was to design, convert and remodel this existing 13,000 SF assisted care facility to a modern hospice that houses the agency's headquarters. It is equipped with administrative areas, 22 patient rooms with private bath/shower and medical equipment, kitchen and break room, nurse's station, chapel and a spacious family gathering hall. 

This was a turn key project that was completed within the time and budget successfully.

Design-Build

This shopping center facility consisted of the development and construction of story building with over 25,000 SF in 3.3 acre site. The building included 17 bays for retails with HVAC and electrical services for each individual units as required. The building was fully sprinklered with steel structure and concrete block load bearing wall (rear exterior wall).

This was a turn key project and Archimetric D & C, Inc. performed the professional design work from planning and schematic design phase through the construction documents and obtaining the building permit and led the construction work as a general contractor. The project was completed within the budget and set schedule successfully.
